About
After working in the tourism industry promoting my beautiful country, France, I decided to pursue my true passion (no, not croissants): burgers!
I swapped my desktop for a food truck, and spent five wonderful years traveling the roads of Paris and its region.
On the menu: homemade burgers made from fresh, local ingredients, cooked with love. It was a fulfilling and unforgettable professional adventure.
But my true love has always been... (yes, cheese, but mostly) Berlin. So, I left everything behind to come and live here.
I made it my mission to test the burgers of the capital. Of course it's impossible to try them all (especially if you want to stay in shape).
Often disappointed, occasionally (but rarely) satisfied, one thing is certain: I have never found burgers comparable to the ones I offered in my food truck.
What I want to experience when I bite into a burger is:
-
A good bun crafted by a local artisan baker (yes, because I want to support the artisans of my city, and you do the same when you order a burger from me).
-
100% pure beef from local, responsible agriculture that respects animal welfare.
-
Flavorful cheese! I'm talking about aged cheeses because we're tired of tasteless cheeses (especially when we're French).
-
Homemade sauces that are unique because there's no point in ordering a burger with a sauce that anyone can buy at the supermarket.
-
And finally, a burger without fries is like Tom without Jerry, or Timon without Pumbaa. But beware, homemade fries! Golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and crispy.
Vegetarians and vegans will also find happiness with me.
When you bite into your burger, you should be able to taste each ingredient while appreciating the wonderful combination they all form together—a perfect match!
I'm not looking for originality; I focus on the art of simplicity.
If you share these values too, I invite you to discover my version of what a good burger is.
Let me know how you find it ;-)
